hiwd
There is definitively a problem. I have tried on two different browsers and two different computers on different internet connections. I am trying to submit a ticket via http://support.whmcs.com/submitticket.php but when I click submit I get a 403 forbidden error.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted November 9, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted November 9, 2006 Just send it via email to support@whmcs.com - if you get an auto-reply with a ticket id, we've received your ticket successfully. Matt

hiwd
Matt, nothing is working! None of my emails get a confirmation back to say a ticket has been opened. And I cannot open a ticket as I get an error. This is not good, I need to get my issue sorted as soon as possible. I cannot post it here as there is sensitive information included within it. Also why was my last post deleted? Below is what I get when trying to submit a ticket, Forbidden You don't have permission to access /submitticket.php on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Apache/1.3.36 Server at support.whmcs.com Port 80 I have tried submitting a ticket in both FF and IE so its not an issue with my browser.
Adam
Hey, I'm guessing you have like code in the message something to the effect of $#%^& or other things. Take those out and see if that works. I think the server has that security tool enabled... From, Adam
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted November 10, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted November 10, 2006 It's Mod_Security that will be blocking your form submission. I'm not seeing any blocked tickets that got sent to our ticket system but not imported. Check you are sending it to the correct address. If it still won't work, as a last resort you can email info@whmcs.com but that will then avoid the ticket system and could be a bit slower than normal in getting a response.
