Open Support Tickets + Kayako

Hi,

With the latest upgrade I see that the client area has a new section showing the client if they have any open support tickets:

 

0 Open Support Tickets (Submit Ticket)

 

However this does not appear to work when using kayako as the support module - anyone else having the same problem? (just to add kayako is working fine within whmcs,except for the above)
