pjs32 Posted September 20, 2008 Share Posted September 20, 2008 Hi, With the latest upgrade I see that the client area has a new section showing the client if they have any open support tickets: 0 Open Support Tickets (Submit Ticket) However this does not appear to work when using kayako as the support module - anyone else having the same problem?
