Hey, does anyone know what TPL file submitticket.php is? I'd like to get rid of the stupid dashes (-) if you don't put a description they look stupid and out of place and whats the CSS file called for the forms? Like when you go to submit a ticket, I wanna change that so there is no border in the text area and text boxes and what not. Anyone know?

First post:

It uses 3 depending on the function

supportticketsubmit-stepone.tpl

supportticketsubmit-steptwo.tpl => this is the main one

supportticketsubmit-confirm.tpl

CSS is style.css in your template directory

Second Post:

In Admin=>Configuration=>General Settings=>Other

uncheck "Display Pre-Sales Form"
