[RESOLVED] {$client_name} not working in bounce message email template!

Hi,

 

I am using WHMCS 3.7.1 on a cPanel server and have set up my support department for registered users only. However, when an unregistered user sends a mail to support, the BOUNCE MESSAGE email template does not return up the client name with {$client_name}. This issue was not there in the last stable release (3.6.2) but i have found it in this one. Is it a known issue or anyone else having the same? How to fix it?
