hightekhosting
Hi all, We're after a direct debit module for our clients to be able to select when ordering/paying invoices. Basically, we need the module to have text fields/boxes for the following data: - Account Name - BSB - Account Number - Bank and that's pretty much it really. It just needs to store the data in the database with their profile or somewhere relevant. Does anybody have a premade module available that does this already or will I need to have someone develop it for us? Regards, Dale Evans Manager

hightekhosting
Thanks I'll take a look *brings out the german dictionary* Of course, it would be great for someone to develop an aussie version of this, then again, if we get it working, we'll release it for all Dale
Shaun
Dale. Are you looking for this to generate ABA files as well or will you guys just be manually inserting these into your bank software.

hightekhosting
Dale. Are you looking for this to generate ABA files as well or will you guys just be manually inserting these into your bank software. Shaun, Nah, don't need ABA files. We'll do all that part ourselves as we'll just add the data into Quickbooks to do that. We just need WHMCS to be able to obtain and store the info so we can retrieve it for processing.
Shaun
So a simple payment gayeway that just gets the information and stores it should be able to do the job. Then shows you the information. That said it could also be acheived with a simple client visible custom page. Thats said ABA generation would be hot
Klangaroo
whats ABA? Our band gateway doesn't accept any format like that, is it an American thing?
MonkeyMagic
Has there been any update on this? Are there any Direct Debit Modules available? And, Shaun, yep - ABA file generation would be marvellous
ausloki
well yes and no. The module apparently is working for the German community. I have found faults with it under later versions of PHP but have been unable to progress as they are not interested in troubleshooting. My last response was it is working for there german users without problems.
Shaun
I didn't think there was much interest for "offline DD" payments. Or just batch ABA creation. Could be done if peeps are intersted.
ausloki
i had at one stage received PM's from about eight different ppl wanting it.
MonkeyMagic
Shaun, for now, I'd be happy with an Offline Direct Debits Module that simply collected and stored client information. ABA file would be nice, but not necessary. Just a module that collected the details required for DD during signup or upon change of payment method, and stored for access by admins. Any chance this could be done? Would be willing to pay a little to help the progress - sure others would be interested too.
ausloki
it would be useful to be able to store bank account details as well as credit card details as here we can process a direct debit against either. Ability to flag individual invoices as paid in the spool would be another thing required. the one currently on offer only allows you to flag all as paid. this is not always the case as obviously some payments could be rejected in the batch.
Shaun
I might have a look at this one then.
MattCNS
Hi all, I was wondering if any progress had been made on an Australian version of the DD module? Matt
goldenairways
Yea, I would be interested in one for the United Kingdom too or changing one for UK use. I just think it'll get a lot more customers without needing paypal. But I will be doing research into what it would involve I think at least.
