Logo in emails

Hi,

Is it possible to disable the logo from being included in the emails sent by WHMCS?

Also, is there a way to send plain text messages (New Message)? I know you can disable HTML for specific email templates, but is there a global setting which can toggle HTML emails On/Off?

If not, I think this would be a reasonable feature to include.

What do you other guys think?

Personally, I'm not a fan of HTML emails.

You can set email templates to send in plain-text in Config > Email Templates. That would mean no logo image is shown.

Alternatively, you can remove the Logo URL as advised and hardcode an image into the viewinvoice.tpl template file to still display it on the invoice.

Thank you Matt. May I suggest an option "Tick this box to send all emails in Plain-Text format only" on the Email Templates page? It would make it a lot easier than to manually have to edit each template. Or perhaps put it under the Mail tab in General Settings. Should be fairly easy to implement.

Is the 'plaintext' field in the 'tblemailtemplates' table all that needs to be changed? If so I can make the changes directly in the database for now.

I would agree... I'm not a fan of HTML emails either (too easy to get caught in spam filter and they don't add that much) and would like to see this option as well....
