Magik
Hi There, I have have just installed and integrated the WHMCS package and like most I am very happy with it smooth operation and its rich features. To compliment the integration and my hosting business I am wanting to install a good an reliable ticketing and live chat solution. As there are a number of them out there its confusing and a time consuming process to locate a good solution. Could anyone make any suggestions for good solutions for both as well as reasons why you recommend them? I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks. handsonwebhosting
Hi Billy, Having used a number of them in the past from Kayako to Cereberus, WHMCS's Ticket System is quite practical. It doesn't have the live help installed, but that's easily added. Personally, I use www.osicodes.com for their live help. I have used the live help from Kayako (good - not usable on Unix), and phplivehelp by turnkeywebtools.com - great product as it works on any system (unix or windows) and that's a requirement for our support staff. Like I said though, the Ticket System is pretty good here in WHMCS and it's now what we use for our clients.

Adam
Hey, I would recommend Kayako (http://www.Kayako.com). The software is fully designed for Support Desk and Live Chat, so it will have more features than WHMCS. Kayako also integrates with WHMCS for the client side. Thanks, Adam
hightekhosting
We choose to use Live Help Messsenger by Star Develop within our setup and although we've found it to be good, there are still a few minor bugs in it that need to be straightened out. That said, it has a Windows application aswell that works with the web system and tends to work well...most of the time Regards, Dale
