I always wait until I have payment then accept the order myself, because sometimes they goofed and didn't mean to hit the 'order' they were just testing And, because I have seen some fraud that I wanted to catch and not have automatically process. The items in that order may well be marked paid and showing as completed for payment and may well have been setup if you've set it to be done on payment but the order will always show Pending until you activate it and confirm it is indeed active.
