Real Webspace Posted August 30, 2008 Share Posted August 30, 2008 Hi guys, I can't seem to get my head around why my domains are appearing on monthly invoices as renewals? Here is an example. Bob has a domain, exe.co.za. His domains page looks like this: Registration Date 21/07/2008 Expiry Date 21/07/2009 Next Due Date 17/07/2009 But the latest invoice has: Domain Renewal - exe.co.za - 1 Year/s Why is this domain being automatically renewed a year too soon? This has happened to several clients already and its getting rather annoying to delete them and please explain each time... any ideas what's happening? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

And as it happens I'm also working with .CO.ZA, where is appears to happen most often!
