robwee Posted August 28, 2008 Share Posted August 28, 2008 Sorry if this question has been asked already but how does a client update his/ or her's credit card on file. It seems that there is no option for this in the client area. Customer got a notification stating that her credit card is expiring soon and when she logs into WHMCS, there's no place for her to change her CC details. How is this implemented on WHMCS? vj135 Posted August 28, 2008 Share Posted August 28, 2008 Hi, I believe you can "login as client" and then update their CC details Or View/Edit Credit Card info from the summary section of the client within WHMCS and add new cc details. I am assuming here that adding new CC details will erase old CC info -- someone correct me if i am wrong. However "update" migh have been a proper word to be used in whmcs. Yes I do see the summary credit card info page but that defeats the purpose as I have to do it for them. Can anyone here confirm that there is indeed a CC update link in the Client Area?
