still on that whm reseller.

i`ve set up a package in whmcs etc..

when someone orders it whmcs creates it in whm or i have to make some kind of a "bridge" between whmcs packages and the packages that i have to create manually before in WHM so that whmcs know what package in its setup coresponds with wich package in whm

makes any sense ?

ok so lets say i have this:

in WHM:

package: hosting_Basic

and in WHMCS:

i added a package named: Basic,

and in the edit product at the Module settings tab i`ve selected Cpanel and there WHM Package Name has to be hosting_Basic

right ?

Matt/Joe: Please correct me if I'm wrong

You must put in the correct package name.

I believe you can leave the other fields blank.

If you put a value into any of those other fields that does not match the setting of that package in WHM, the WHMCS cPanel servercreate module will create a Custom package in WHM

same noob qustion..

sorry for asking so many questions..

i need some explanation about product addons or configurable options

Its like this:

i have one package setup for example (10gb disk space, 10Gb bandwith), now let`s say i want to give them the option to add 10Gb extra disk space for 4$/month,

where do i add that option in product addons or configurable options so that is it added automatically when the account is created.

like they select the basic account and they want the extra 10gb disk space option too, so that after they pay their package is automatically setup with the extra 10Gb disk space or whatever the option they choosed for.

Or does the extra addons have to be added manually to each client per demand from WHM or from another location of witch i don`t know..lol

Thanks guys

That feature is not available yet to automatically change it from an addon or configurable option.

Add it as a configurable option to make it available but you will have to manually change these settings once the order has been placed.

Maybe in a future release it can be automatic.....Please Matt

You need to tell WHMCS about your servers, yes. http://wiki.whmcs.com/Installing_WHMCS#Post_Installation_Suggested_Steps

i contacted my host they gave me 2 Ip`s..

one its the Ip that works to login to WHm...i guess that should be the one..

i went to the servers page

and added the Ip and a name

Server Status Address

i put here the link to the serverstatus.php file in whmcs

and in the nameservers ?

should i put my nameservers ?

me again..i think this is more like a whm question but still its connected to whmcs..

each time when i add an account with whm or whmcs it doesent sets up the nameservers for the account to the nameservers i want (ns1.mydomain.com & ns2.mydaomain.com) but instead it aqds some nameservers wich i think are from the host where i got the reseller..

where should i change or who to tell ? :)
