Emails not being sent

Hello:

Would appreciate any help with sending my emails to clients. Whenever I attempt to do so, the system states the email has been sent. My email server does send the email, but nothing shows up in my email test box. I have looked at the mail and error logs, and this is what I found. Initially I was getting syntax error when the following settings:

--------------------------------

General Settings

General: Company Name: ABC

email: myemail@abc.com

Under Mail: PHP Mail()

25

ABC

myemail@abc.com

Any ideas or suggestions as to why the emails are not getting into my box?

Oh by the way, I note this from the error log:

8/12/2008 7:19:13 PM 5024 New mail received. From:< <"ABC <myemail"@hotmail.com> > to:< Client X <clientx@hotmail.com; admin@mysite.com >

8/12/2008 7:19:13 PM 5024 Close connection.

8/12/2008 7:19:13 PM Message from:< <"ABC <admin"@hotmail.com> > to:< clientx@hotmail.com > Relay delivery succeed! Relay SMTP Server: smtp.xxx.com

Thanks for responding. Not sure what you mean by text box location? But I am attempting to send emails from within the WHMCS software. I am not using IE inthe process. Instead the preconfigured php form accessible from the adminstrative side.
