Yes..the mail is not leaving the mail server. I believe the reason has to do with the wrong sender syntax as the error log showed, but I dont know how to address this.

Thanks for responding. Not sure what you mean by text box location? But I am attempting to send emails from within the WHMCS software. I am not using IE inthe process. Instead the preconfigured php form accessible from the adminstrative side. CLIENTS>>>>MASS MAIL CLIENTS

Hello: Would appreciate any help with sending my emails to clients. Whenever I attempt to do so, the system states the email has been sent. My email server does send the email, but nothing shows up in my email test box. I have looked at the mail and error logs, and this is what I found. Initially I was getting syntax error when the following settings: -------------------------------- General Settings General: Company Name: ABC email: myemail@abc.com Under Mail: PHP Mail() 25 ABC myemail@abc.com Any ideas or suggestions as to why the emails are not getting into my box? Hello: I have a problem with setting up prices. Everytime I enter the prices in the following manner: monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually, and biannually, the prices for lets say annually is less than that per month. In other words, I am getting something like this despite my 12 month price is set for a higher value (12USD): ------------------------------------- Plan A bbbbbbb 1 Month Price - $3.00 USD 12 Month Price - $1.00 USD -------------------------------------- Additionally, the one time set up fee is not posting correctly for any given period? Any ideas what I'm doing wrong or do u have any suggestions to fix this problem? Thanks in advance.
