Thoughts on the best way to handle fraud in WHMCS

I was wondering how everyone handles a fraud transaction in WHMCS. I'm using MaxMind and had a fraud order come in. I marked the order as fraud and it was no longer pending as expected. But the income for the day still shows the additional transaction amount.

So does marking an order fraud not subtract the transaction amount? If not, what's the best way to ensure that amount is not reflected in your daily income?

Did this individual already pay you for the order? It might show as income for the day because WHMCS collected payment for the order. Just a thought...
