TDub
I was wondering how everyone handles a fraud transaction in WHMCS. I'm using MaxMind and had a fraud order come in. I marked the order as fraud and it was no longer pending as expected. But the income for the day still shows the additional transaction amount. So does marking an order fraud not subtract the transaction amount? If not, what's the best way to ensure that amount is not reflected in your daily income?

It might show as income for the day because WHMCS collected payment for the order. Just a thought...
TDub
Yeah, that's what I mean. It's showing as income, but since it was fraud and rejected the actual amount collected is zero. So it's not income at all.
