Name Servers

How do i change the name servers to my own custom name servers.

 

I open ZOne templates and I get this but dont know what to do

You don't do that in the Zone Template editor. Just edit the DNS zone for your domain name, then replace the existing nameservers with your own, and add an "A" record for each. You'll obviously have to register them at your domain registrar as nameservers and provide the IPs there also.
