Matt Rocks

Well for the most part I've seen lots of great positive feedback on this forum. Wonderful, WHMCS deserves it. As for the few negative comments, I'm not sure what to think. Anyone or any company who has tons of clients to support knows that Matt and the gang are bringing their A game. As a new client of any software, I get frustrated once in a while. But let's face it...

Matt kicks ass!!!

Compare the WHMCS support to ModernBill paid support. It's a joke. WHMCS gets it done free!

Matt, thanks for helping me adjust and settle into the software. I'm sure I'll have more questions. But I'm close to "getting it". The big picture that is.

Keep on rockin'.

Totally agree, its very good software and great for managing everything.

Only qualm is i wish it was open source so i could try adding features to the core myself, but i guess Matt has to pay the bills somehow! lol

Great software, much better than others i have used.

I strongly agree! Matt is awesome and kicks ass! He always helps out and provides clear friendly answers. If you compare WHMCS to any other billing system like Modernbill and AWBS it is no contest. WHMCS is pretty simple (for a system this complex), low resource requirements (Modernbill is terrible especially 5.x) and is the most logically laid out billing system I have ever seen. The more I use the system the more in awe I am over the logical design.

Matt and his team seem to almost thought of everything. I mean things like actionhooks and easy integration with like "everything". I wrote a custom server module for our application in like 30 minutes. It tooks me days to get something sort of working with Modernbill and I had to eventually pay $300 for a support call. I even got a custom integration with iDevAffiliate so the systems "talk" to each other back and forth in less than a day.

Of course any software has room for improvement, even the things I program, but by and large WHMCS is so far ahead of the competition. I would even put WHMCS against major systems. If WHMCS would offer a MySQL InnoDB option it would have true transaction support and could compete directly against major billing systems on the IBM type level.

So if anyone reading this is debating WHMCS the support is ahead of almost all companies on the Internet period and the product rocks! My only "compliant" is they should have showed up sooner! ;-)

Thanks Matt (I haven't talked with Joe or others). You have a long time customer here!
