ScrltOTara
I had a client order a package today that includes a dedicated IP address. HOWEVER, when it sent the welcome email, it had the shared IP address in it. No where did it mention their dedicated IP, it gave the shared IP and the temporary URL as if it was using the shared IP. Is this a bug?
uberhost
Which method are you using to sell and deploy the dedicated IP?
ScrltOTara
I have a product in WHMCS that corresponds to a package in WHM, both are set for dedicated IP addresses (both have the corresponding checkboxes checked).
rldev
I am also facing this issue. Any solution?
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted July 21, 2008 WHMCS CEO Share Posted July 21, 2008 If you set a cpanel package to receive a dedicated IP the IP that gets assigned is not known by WHMCS and so it cannot be included in welcome emails. Matt

Matt Why not? Modernbill does this. It is is part of the cpanel API as far as I know. If the cpanel account email is sent after the account is setup, why can't this information be included?
ScrltOTara
Can this be a request? Because clients complain about this - where's my dedicated IP, etc.
