Stop certain tickets from auto closing

I was wondering if there is a way to stop tickets from being automatically closed by the system if they're inactive for a while on a single ticket basis.

 

I'm dealing with a client who's having problems with his users not being able to access his website.

 

I've found the problem, and have had to contact a third party network provider to try and get it resolved, but whmcs has closed the ticket after 3 days of inactivity.

 

I've gone into the ticket properties, and set it to 'in progress'.

 

Is that enough to stop it from being auto closed by the system?
