Emails are attaching tons of garbage!

Emails being sent from my system have all this in the top of the email.

 

Any idea how to get rid of this?

That looks like MS Word "html". Wonder why that's showing...

did you copy and paste your email text from a word doc? if so, copy it into notepad, then coy into your email and format from the text editor.
