I just upgraded to 3.6.2.

I am getting the following error when I create an order, when I try to send an invoice, and when I try to download PDF file.

TCPDF error: Missing or incorrect image file: /tmp/xxxxxxx

I'm getting the same error and have sent it to Matt.

I "think" the solution is you may have deleted the logo.jpg file from the images folder in preparation for the upgrade. I know I did this and forgot to replace it. It "seems" to be working, as I can't duplicate the error any more, but I'm not sure what I did to get the error in the first place. I know customers were telling me that it was happening.

So try to see if you're missing the logo.jpg file in the images folder and let me know if that resolves your problem.

Thanks but it didn't work, logo.jpg is in the images folder. I turned safe-mode off and didn't get that error anymore but got a blank page. Everything worked with 3.6.1 so something has changed in the new files and causing that error.

Go to your Admin panel, select a client, go to invoices, select an invoice and click Download PDF. With safe-mode on, I get that error. With safe-mode off, I get a blank page.

When I try to send client an invoice (I did it in my own account), with safe-mode on, I get to the next page with the error. With safe-mode off, you don't get the error but there's no "Email Sent To Client" and I never get the invoice.

Same problem and question. I haven't upgraded but attempted to reissue my license and everything seems to work except emailing and/or downloading invoices. Download error reads "Access Denied", email doesn't return an error just results in blank WHMCS page after trying to send invoice. Server logs show no email errors nor evidence that the email is being transmitted.

Problem started yesterday after a few years of problem-free setup.

I had the same problem this morning. I did kssstudio's suggestion and it fixed it. The includes/pdfconfig.php was looking for a .JPG by default but my logo changed to a .GIF recently. Altering the includes/pdfconfig.php fixed my issue.

If you change the logo.jpg file, you must change the file includes/pdfconfig.php to the correct file name. If you upload a new file logo in other than a JPEG format, and leave the file includes/pdfconfig.php untouched, you will get an error similar to TCPDF error: Missing or incorrect image file: /home/xxxxxxxx/public_html/billing/templates_c/jpg6ow1Sh.

In a nutshell: Change the logo file type, then update includes/pdfconfig.php with the correct logo filename/extension.
