I don't know what happened but I fixed it. The package ID were missing on some products so I added them in phpMyadmin. It screwed up after I updated to 5.2.15. Thanks!

Hi, I'm using 5.2.16 and for one client, when I click on Products/Services, I'm getting a SERVICE ID NOT FOUND. Other clients are fine. Please advise, thank you.

Go to your Admin panel, select a client, go to invoices, select an invoice and click Download PDF. With safe-mode on, I get that error. With safe-mode off, I get a blank page. When I try to send client an invoice (I did it in my own account), with safe-mode on, I get to the next page with the error. With safe-mode off, you don't get the error but there's no "Email Sent To Client" and I never get the invoice.

Thanks but it didn't work, logo.jpg is in the images folder. I turned safe-mode off and didn't get that error anymore but got a blank page. Everything worked with 3.6.1 so something has changed in the new files and causing that error.

I just upgraded to 3.6.2. I am getting the following error when I create an order, when I try to send an invoice, and when I try to download PDF file. TCPDF error: Missing or incorrect image file: /tmp/xxxxxxx

I changed my date format to MM/DD/YYYY and all is correct except it didn't change the date format on top of the Admin pages. It's still listed as: 2nd May 2008. Does anyone knows how to change this. Thanks.

I am running 3.6.1. On the admin client summary page at clientssummary.php, on the bottom where all the domains are listed, the ID url is correct but when you click on the domain, the url is incorrect. Example: exampledomain.com has a url of http://www.mydomain.com/clients/admin/exampledomain.com and gets a 404 page. I assume that link is suppose to go to the site because it is a popup link so you are missing the "http://" part.

Is there a way to have certain clients have order privileges, meaning, when they put an order in to register a domain and/or web hosting package, the domain is registered and/or or webhosting package is created immediately without me accepting their order. If this function is not available, could it be a feature request? Thanks.

Hi, for some reason the merge field [CustomerName] show the clients full name and company name: Bob Jones (n/a). Is there a way to just show customer name without the company or is there something wrong with my file? If that's the way it works, how do I add a merge field [CustomerLastName] ? Thanks.

Before Alfahmad goes crazy looking for the renew button, there is no renew button for Directi plugin yet. But according to Matt, the next update will have Renew capabilities.

I thought about doing that but that means I would have to move the domain over from the old customer# to a new customer# and if I did that, and the client decides to make changes to the domain in WHMCS, they wouldn't be able to because the the "single customer account" no longer has that domain. J

Hi Matt, Currently, I am a one-man operation and since life is short and an air conditioner can fall on me tomorrow, I need to assure my clients that they'll be able to have their sites up and running if something did happen to me. I'm currently using another hosting/domain registration system that does register accounts at Directi automatically so I do have peace of mind. Another function besides the "Renew" that the plugin doesn't have is "Create Child Servers." I offer clients their own nameservers and that is needed to create that. They also have "URL Masking" too. But even though your plugin doesn't have the support, as long as they can login to the Directi side, it doesn't matter. You have very good software and it's very easy to use but it seems all the hosting/domain registration software out there always lack something! If I can combine what I'm using now (which is a shopping cart system but they're missing add-ons among other things) with the functionality of your software, that would complete my mission to find the perfect hosting/domain registration solution. It was wise to at least put the the "Renew" function in your next update, it eliminates another step. Keep up the good work, I'll be keeping my eyes out for your updates since WHMCS is the closest to what I'm looking for. J

Hi, I am playing around wth the trial and have some questions regarding the Directi plugin: I noticed that client accounts are not created at Directi side, will this be added in? This is needed if something happens to me or my site and clients can log in and change servers. There are also functions in the Directi control panel that doesn't exist in this plugin. Also, if client accounts are not created, what does the whois info show regarding who owns the domain? I didn't see a way to nenew domains. Did I miss it or does that function don't exist? Thanks!
