SoBeIt Posted June 26, 2008 Share Posted June 26, 2008 I just tried submitting a payment using a Visa Debit/Delta card and it was refused with the following reason: "REJECTED : 4026 3D-Authentication failed. This vendor's rules require a successful 3D-Authentication." WHMCS didn't forward the transaction on to the banks site for 3D-Authentication, just said it was declined. I'm using Protx. penguin Posted June 26, 2008 Share Posted June 26, 2008 Do you have 3d secure enabled on your protx live account? Alternatively, what do you have your 3d secure rules set to?
