eirca
Cellular providers usually have an equivalent email address for your cell phone number. Example: If your cell phone number is 9051234567 then the email address is 9051234567@txt.yourprovider.com Provider specific example, for Bell Mobility: 9051234567@txt.bell.ca Call your Cell provider, they will be able to provide more details.
Emerson
Yes they do and what I did to take advantage of that I created a new admin (Called it alerts) and set that admin to receive notifications on new tickets. So now every ticket submitted I get a text message on my cell.

handsonwebhosting
Tell them you want to send EMAIL to your phone.. there should be an email address that sends to the phone. I tried checking out the site that you posted, but nothing is in English so I was unable to help with your particular Cell Provider.

wizzy420
I know this won't apply to you, but thought I would add it anyway. I use a phone with e-mail. Another support admin has an e-mail addr receive tickets when new ones are open or old ones replied to. The phone then uses this as it's e-mail account to check. This way I can ready the entire ticket and see if it's something that requires immediate attention if I'm occupied, or can wait a few. evolhost
Each cellphone provider uses a different syntax when using Email to Text Message. For example i have sprintpcs: 10-digit-phone-number@messaging.sprintpcs.com For more go here: http://www.livejournal.com/tools/textmessage.bml?mode=details
