Galaxy-Solutions LLC
Hello we have recently moved our site to a new server and we noticed that the invoices were not displaying for clients when they click the links in their emails. I am not sure if this is related to the server move or not. Any suggestions?
Adam
Hey, Make sure all your files are upload and none of them are corrupt. Also make sure you have your gateways setup in WHMCS as well as your General Configuration are correct... From, Adam
Galaxy-Solutions LLC
I will check and make sure all the filles were transered during the move. I do not thin this has to do with the gateways. The problem occurs when I manually generate an invoice. the customer recieves the email notifying them of the invoice, but when they click the link to veiw it they see a blank page.

Hey, When you make an invoice, are you chosing an option for the gateway? Like if you used PayPal as your gateway, make sure that the invoice has PayPal chosen as its gateway... You can also check Configuration > Payment Gateways (whmcs/admin/configgateways.php) and make sure you have gateways enabled... Quattix-James
We are having the same problem with a new install. Blank invoices no matter what the gateway is!

Greg
I had the same problem also. To fix it i backed up my database and re-installed the entire WHMCS from scratch and re-imported the database. Problem solved. WHMCS does not like to be moved between cPanel servers for some reason. WHMCS CEO Matt Posted September 23, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted September 23, 2006 Greg, that's not the case at all. Only thing that will have changed in doing that is the files meaning that some of your files must have been out of date previously. Galaxy-Solutions LLC, try reuploading all the files from the WHMCS V2.5.7 Zip File leaving out the configuration.php file and this should correct the error. Galaxy-Solutions LLC
Hi Matt, Thanks for the reply. I tried doing as you suggested. On the next visit to the order system it asked me if I wanted to upgrade from 2.5.6 to 2.5.7. I let it upgrade. The upgrade was successful, but I still have my original problem, when the customers try to veiw their invoices the see a blank page.
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted October 1, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted October 1, 2006 Just open a ticket with your FTP details and an example login for an invoice that doesn't work and I'll troubleshoot the issue for you. Matt
