Thanks for the reply. I tried doing as you suggested. On the next visit to the order system it asked me if I wanted to upgrade from 2.5.6 to 2.5.7. I let it upgrade. The upgrade was successful, but I still have my original problem, when the customers try to veiw their invoices the see a blank page.
I will check and make sure all the filles were transered during the move. I do not thin this has to do with the gateways. The problem occurs when I manually generate an invoice. the customer recieves the email notifying them of the invoice, but when they click the link to veiw it they see a blank page.
Hello we have recently moved our site to a new server and we noticed that the invoices were not displaying for clients when they click the links in their emails. I am not sure if this is related to the server move or not. Any suggestions?
