dansgalaxy Posted May 31, 2008 Share Posted May 31, 2008 Hi, Okay im on a trial at the moment im waiting for WHMCS to prove itself. Been cusomtising the theme to suit current site style, and noticed a problem. This error is present on ALL themes and not just my one. On submit ticket page it shows login form, login (again even tho already logged in) it just does nothing and goes back to the login form. all the rest of the pages are logged in and working fine! I have just redownloaded the files, unzipped re uploaded and had to reinstall the db back up to return all customers etc and settings. Can i suggest that a note is added into the Admin if theres no departments set up. that it wont work. or even just changing the client page so it says like support tickets not supported or not set up. because this has caused a lot of annoyance for me!
