Account creation fails... :(

Recommended Posts

Hi :(

okay so i really dont want to but i need a billing system which works, at the moment im on the 15 day trial to see if this is worth the money.

i am a basic reseller.

i have set up a server with the server ip, my user name, pass and hash.

i have added a existing client, and i am able to suspend/unsuspend that account.

but i cannot create accounts!

which was the main reason i need it for, no clue why it wont?

Someone please help please looks like a good product.. if it worked!! :)

Okay so new problem.

I fixed the account creation by havig the package names encoded (IE xdnet - basic = xdnet+-+basic)

and it works, but now when i try to import all my other accounts it wont import them because "the packages dont exist" so cant be imported !

this is so stupid, why doesnt WHMCS support packages with spaces in?
