At the very least, start by changing icons, and removing the "powered by" link. Over the last 6 months, we have spent 200 hours (outside of client time) customising every page, link, icon (almost) image, table, row and box, not to mention additional functionality and superior content. And i know we aren't the only one to take this level of time & effort. I'm not trying to be rude, but this industry is so full of people that do things in a half @ssed manner, and all they do is lower th professionalism, (and the profit margins) for those of us trying to do a quality job.
