Matt its still happening....any update on situation?

I have to manually go through and change the billing cycle to free account on all my free accounts so that they dont come up in the subscription due list but there is no invoice attached to the account.

like MACscr said why do accounts owing $0 show up as payment due?

I have a coupon code that gives a 100% recurring discount that I use for testing that always invoices for $0...how about an option in the promotions to have a coupon code that flags the account as a "Free Account"..you could give that coupon code to the people that you want to have free accounts and that would end the manual changing of the billing cycle..

Just a thought..

I'm voting again for the credit feature!!

(maybe he'll get the hint.... haha.)

BTW, my issue was with 100% promotion codes that didn't automatically create the accounts even though I've got the option enabled. WHMCS is waiting for a payment that'll never arrive.

If the cost is $0, and you've got automatic creation enabled, then it should create the account. No?
