hi, all the passwords that my clients enter in the orderform for their hosting accounts no matter what they enter weather it be letters or numbers get changed to 8 numbers in whmcs and thats wat gets entered into cpanel. also then when the email is sent they get sent their password that they entered. anyone having this problem?

Is there a way to limit 1 free account per person. I think the free account idea is gr8, to bad some people just sign up for like 10 of them....any way to limit them to 1 per person?

How do I make refunds on the WHMCS system?

Really..... just had a customer sign up and it defaults to one time payment. so it must get that data from somewhere is there a way I can default it to monthly? or even add the options?

reason why I have HLTV and Soccerjam mod at 0 is because some clients do not want them. not quite sure why I put the Players as 0 I defentally will be changing this. Its going to be abit confusing if i have a base price of $1 because then I need to put all the player prices down $1 and then it looks like their cheaper is there any other way of doing this Matt?

Hi everyone, Ive got a hosting and gaming company and whmcs is great for the hosting side, keeps track of everything! gaming side of life its alright 1 small problem....the billing cycle....displays as nothing because of the way I have set the package up...I dont see any other way how to. link is below if anyone could offer suggestions to how to fix this or if you could add something to whmcs Matt that would allow the billing cycle to show up again that would be great. http://www.atom.net.au/client/order.php?step=2&pid=8 Thanks.

Matt its still happening....any update on situation? I have to manually go through and change the billing cycle to free account on all my free accounts so that they dont come up in the subscription due list but there is no invoice attached to the account. like MACscr said why do accounts owing $0 show up as payment due?

in the pricing its set as free yet it came up as one time billing $0. no idea how that happend. fixed now. thanks i will keep an eye on it to see if it happens again.

why are FREE Accounts appearing on the admin index page under Due Subscription Payments? is there a way to make them go away? when i press mark paid it does nothing because the ammount owing is 0. yet its saying they are unpaid and there is no invoices accociated to them. its just weird. can anyone help?

hi all, i hope you can help me. i just imported all my data across from modernbill and there are some due dates thats are in the past(earlier than 14th sept) and when i press "generate invoices" it only generated invoices for the accounts that were due 14th sept and 1 week later. how can I generate invoices for the accounts that were due in the past? thanks
