Chad Posted May 10, 2008 Share Posted May 10, 2008 Just upgraded to 3.6.1 and upgraded to latest Kayako esupport. I followed the simple esupport/whmcs integration instructions. Now, when logged into client area with test account and I click on submit ticket or my support tickets it opens up an entire page (header/footer/logo/etc) of the support page. The esupport's templates/css are untouched. Anyone know what would cause that? The navbar (left column) links are untouched <tr><td> <a href="supporttickets.php"><img src="images/clientarea/supporttickets.gif" alt="{$LANG.clientareanavsupporttickets}" align="middle" /></a> <a href="supporttickets.php">{$LANG.clientareanavsupporttickets}</a></td></tr> <tr><td> <a href="submitticket.php"><img src="images/clientarea/viewtickets.gif" alt="{$LANG.supportticketssubmitticket}" align="middle" /></a> <a href="submitticket.php">{$LANG.supportticketssubmitticket}</a></td></tr> edit: fixed blank page problem EDIT #2: fixed the full page problem by reverting ALL tempaltes in kayako esupport (this is a necessary step after upgrading, which I forgot to do).
