Domains Registration & Transfer Error

Hello,

 

After I upgraded WHMCS to 3.6.1, I got this error:

 

Transfer domains with Directi:

"An Error Occured

{telnocc=TelephoneNo Country Code should be between 1-3 digits, telno=TelephoneNo should be between 4-12 digits}"

 

Registration domains with Directi :

"Domain Registrar Error

{telnocc=TelephoneNo Country Code should be between 1-3 digits}"

 

I have checked the phone number in both hosting accounts and the domain reseller account, all seem okay.

 

Any suggestion?

I'm having the same problem with DirectI on 3.6.1.

I had this because I was trying to transfer a domain for a customer for whom I included the extension of the main contact in the phone number. After I removed the extension (and put it into the admin notes), I was able to transfer a domain for them.

 

Now that I think about it, it seems a bit odd, since the registrant information is our name, address, and phone number, not the customer's.
