Have been using whmcs for some years now... When sending mail from Clients Summary ONLY NEW MESSAGE (when I have to compose message my self) I am getting: Email Sending Completed When looking in System Activity Log there is nothing about the mail I send! And The user do not receive the mail. When sending invoice or login reminder (from the same Clients Summary page) it works! and their is activity log. I have try both php mail and SMTP... Seen like whmcs problem... where to look

I need to move all users from one whmcs installation version 3.7.2 To another whmcs installation version 4.1.2 Total about 300 clients. Need to move client info, packages, dates, prices and all needed for everything to work normally. How to do this the best way?

From one version to another I have had problems with utf8, utf8_general_ci, latin1_swedish_ci, etc. etc. I converted my database to utf-8. Maybe this will help someone: 1. in control panel / General Settings / Localisation / System Charset UTF-8 2. In the configuration.php $mysql_charset = "utf8"; 3. This one is tricky. You have to go to phpmyadmin. Then look in every table! on one other installation I had to copy the file tcpdf.php to.... suppose a have been editing the orginal one...

By copy files from whmcs 3.7 beta! the file is in include folder and name: invoicefunctions.php Now it works for me... if it works for you just drop message so we know that the solution is good!

Have working some days with this. whmcs version 3.62 page encoding utf-8 database (mysql) encoding utf-8 when I create one invoice I get: šđžćĕ instead of žćčšđ Now when looking on properties for pdf document i Acrobat it says: helvetica and encoding ansi If I change the character encoding on my web pages to cp1252 I get the same characters: šđžćĕ I suppose that created pdf file is not utf-8 but cp1252.... is there way to force utf-8 in pdf.... Need some advice to go on with this problem...
