I'd like it to say "Our Company Name - theirdomain.com" so they know what it is........sometimes those paying the bills have no idea who we are, and the domain name would make it obvious for them. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
ihostct Posted April 23, 2008 Share Posted April 23, 2008 What the client sees in their credit card bill is NOT dependant on WHMCS. It is up to either your merchant account provider or AuthorizeNet. I am not sure which since I have been going in circles for over a year trying to get them to update my phone number and they both pass the buck to each other.
