Telfie Posted April 17, 2008 Share Posted April 17, 2008 I have installed WHMCS ( trial version ) and have entered the details of our plant domain registrar account. When I place an order of a domain, I get the message "There was an error in your request" and that the domain is unavailable. When I check directly via planet domain, the domain is available. I have entered the Planet Domain account details: username, password, resellerid ( a four digit number ), testmode is unchecked.
