Can anyone tell me how to setup a affiliate, so that clients can use my banner on ther site, and if someone signs up from the clients banner they get credit.

Enter [AffiliateLinkCode] where the affiliate's customised link code should be inserted

Use <( for open brackets and )> for close brackets in HTML or else the HTML will be executed on the page

You first create your banners and then in the WHMCS admin > config > general > affiliates tab

 

You enter your banner code similar to:

Standard Banner<br>

The "Your Code" is the one that is assigned to each affiliate when they sign up
