Hi. I'm logged in as a user and trying to change their Admin and/or Technical contact information on their domain. I edit the changes, and click the SAVE CHANGES button at the bottom, but the screen reverts to the previous data, and nothing changes at CIRA (this is a .ca name). We use eNom as our registrar. Thank you.

CIRA does not allow modifications at registrars such as eNom.

 

Modifications to registrant/contact information must be done directly at the registry (usually at a cost charged by them).

 

Basically modifications done at your registrar will only show up on a WHOIS query.
