balebond
Not sure if this is the right forum to ask this... but is there a way that on accepting an order that WHMCS or some other mechanism can add a generic initial index.html? Similar to when you buy domains from GoDaddy or any other registrar? I use WHM and Directi is our domain registrar if that matters. Thanks in advance for help.

bear
If you're pointing the new accounts to your server on purchase, and you're using cPanel, you can add files to the skeleton directory and these are copied into new accounts as they're created. In the reseller account's home directory (/home/user) look for one called "cpanel3-skel/". It's in there you place the files.
