a6april Posted March 24, 2008 Share Posted March 24, 2008 I just wanted to reiterate how awesome support is for whmcs, I have to say support here leaves everything else I have ever used in the dust. I have never seen such dedicated support anywhere, I was having a really bad day and thought my database was gone, but thanks to support it was no big deal and we were up in running without missing a beat in less than 15 minutes. The cool part is the support on my server had no idea where to begin to look to fix the problem, because it was a weekend holiday there were no senior admins on hand to assist, Matt and the support team were able to directly help in getting me back on my feet again. This is above and beyond the call of duty in my opinion.
