I had a customer that signed up about a week ago and used PayPal and choose to pay via eCheck. The account was setup as Pending and in PayPal it was set as "UnCleared". A few days ago the payment never cleared so PayPal canceled the invoice. It got sent into WHMCS but for some reason WHMCS actually posted it as a payment and setup the guys hosting account. If they have a rather large monthly bill, the max PayPal takes out is $5 for echecks compared to $28 for credit card or funds transfer for a $750 bill.
