neobug103
Will the release of 3.6.1 allow refunds for quantumn gateway in addition to authorize.net? I would think so since quantumn is such a big partner of whmcs.
DataHosts
this should be a feature request...
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted March 19, 2008 WHMCS CEO Share Posted March 19, 2008 3.6.1 won't have it but the refund option will be added to all merchant gateways that support it over the coming months. No need for a feature request. Matt
zigzam
I would like to see an option to void the payment. This would be great for fraud orders. That way the payment never goes through and you have no risk of a chargeback.
neobug103
Well the system should be able to automatically tell if the payment has been captured yet, if it has been captured then it should say 'refund' or if it is still settling then it should display 'void' as such does in the authorize.net merchant area.
mm1250
Well the system should be able to automatically tell if the payment has been captured yet, if it has been captured then it should say 'refund' or if it is still settling then it should display 'void' as such does in the authorize.net merchant area. I think your referring to if the charge has settled. Authorize.Net allows you to void a transaction if the payment has not settled out.
