This is what I am looking to achieve. Each package would have an option to select a data center location (US, Europe, etc.) then have the account automatically setup in that location. Is this possible? I would like to avoid having to setup multiple duplicate products to achieve this. Thank you

The credit card expiring notice is being sent to accounts that have cancelled and do not have an active service. Can this be changed so it is only sent to clients with an active service? I have been getting complaints about this recently since it causes confusion, because the client thinks they will be charged even though they cancelled.

I don't mind paying $10 for a good useful module. It will take a lot of time to code some of these so they should get something in return.

Here are a few of my ideas: -- An accounting system: enter your server prices, staff costs, software, etc. then it calculates your monthly income based off your income shown in whmcs. -- A staff chat module: A place where staff can chat with each other to resolve server issues, etc. -- Sandwich module: Make me a sandwich when I get hungry.

I am on several other VB forums with no log out issues. I dont have any addons installed on firefox besides the google toolbar. Only forum that logs me out is whmcs.

In the event that whmcs does get exploited how safe is the credit card data? I see the cc encryption has is listed right in the config file. Is there no better method to store this?

Just a few things that would make this addon even better: 1) Notify when a service is back up 2) Only notify once when a service is down

Just something minor here. Could you make the SSL certificate and CSR boxes a little larger so the entire output shows. Also could you include the -----BEGIN CERTIFICATE----- and -----BEGIN CERTIFICATE REQUEST----- and the endings -----END CERTIFICATE----- and -----END CERTIFICATE REQUEST----- Otherwise they need to be added manually each time you want to install. Im not sure if this is possible, but could the certificates also be configured from that page?

Is it possible to use the new Network issue feature with Kayako support enabled? Currently it is trying to access Kayako, I would like to use WHMCS for this feature since it highlights which server the client is on.

The module looks great. I found one thing that will create issues. It lists the SSL certificates with many spaces and line breaks. Can that be fixed so the SSL certificate is one complete line and installable?
