ticket link in admin notification

No, for example, we have used Kayako for years. When an admin gets the email that a ticket has been opened, it includes a direct link to the page that the admin can view and reply to the ticket - from the backend. It's very convenient, then you don't have to go to the main page, and click three times til you find the ticket.

It would also be handy as we have potential customers who email us...but they are not clients on the WHMCS.

 

Some just ignore the fact they have a link at the bottom of the email to advise them their ticket has been logged so would be nice to be able to see the link and email that to them soley.

 

Not major just think it would be nice :)
