ScrltOTara
Is there any way to put a direct link to the ticket in the email admins get when a new ticket is opened? Right now you just get the link to the main admin page. It would be easier to go right to the actual ticket. Thanks,
WHMCS Developer WHMCS Andrew Posted March 17, 2008 WHMCS Developer Share Posted March 17, 2008 If you go to the ticket like that, you would be answering as a client?? or am I getting confused?
ScrltOTara
No, for example, we have used Kayako for years. When an admin gets the email that a ticket has been opened, it includes a direct link to the page that the admin can view and reply to the ticket - from the backend. It's very convenient, then you don't have to go to the main page, and click three times til you find the ticket.
ihostgreen
It would also be handy as we have potential customers who email us...but they are not clients on the WHMCS. Some just ignore the fact they have a link at the bottom of the email to advise them their ticket has been logged so would be nice to be able to see the link and email that to them soley. Not major just think it would be nice
