Suspension not working

I have my Automation settings set to enable automatic suspension, and suspend an account 5 days after it has not received payment..however, I have a customer who's invoice was due 3/6/2008 and has not made payment..It's been over 5 days and the account was never automatically suspended. my cron still emails me everyday and seams to be fine.


any ideas?

If you manually suspend the account through your WHMCS system, does it work?


Yea, if I manually suspend it does work. But shouldn't these automatically go into a suspended state 5 days (which is what I have set) after the invoice is overdue?

Is it just one account that is not being suspended, or all accounts?


First thing I'd check would be that the "Overide automatic suspension and don't suspend this account if overdue" is unchecked on the Products/Services tab of the user account.
