  1. That would be populated by the original order, correct?
  2. I need to deactivate a payment gateway. I've gone through all the clients, and I thought I had change them away from the one we're getting rid of, but apparently not. Where in the database, can I search to see what products still have the gateway attached to them? I've looked through the tblhosting table, and everything in there is ok.
  3. Has anyone had any issues with clients being unable to change their profile passwords? I think the page is missing the 'old password' field, and I'm wondering if it's specific to us, or not.
  4. If you manually suspend the account through your WHMCS system, does it work?
  5. I can't say that I've come across that before. Is it possible the invoice was created before the service was canceled?
  6. Create yourself a test client account, with another email address. Create a ticket, and verify if you receive the ticket messages or not. If not, check your email logs to see if the mail is being sent out. If it is, then check the receiving server. If it is not, then you may have a config setting that isn't set right.
  7. I have seen this happen, where there is an add-on associated with the service in question. In this case, I have found you need to modify the add-on as well.
  8. Really? I've always had good results. The only time I had any sort of issue, was in registering private name servers for a .ca domain, which I had never done before, and there was a technical issue that needed to be solved before I could. Oh well...not everything can go smoothly.
  9. Hrm...I've checked the id's, and everything seams ok, and it definitely is showing the newest tickets (highest id values) first. I've tried numerous times to get it to switch over, and it simply won't. EDIT: I took a look in my database, and the table is being updated correctly, as the selection is being made and in turn saved, so I'm not sure why it's not sorting properly.
  10. Myself, I'm a fan of Enom. They have always been great to deal with, whether it was myself, my staff, or even my clients (if they for some reason called them). That being said, I've never dealt with DirectI, so I can't give you feedback on them.
  11. Is anyone else still having this problem? Our support tickets, regardless of what option we select in the setup area (Configuration -> General Configuration -> Support -> Support Ticket Order), when we go to view them in the Admin Section (Support -> Open) our tickets always sort newest to oldest. Any ideas?
  12. I would recommend you get in contact with PsiGate for your merchant account, and would second the suggestion for Enom as your domain registrar.
  13. I thought I would provide feedback on this referral. I tried contacting them, no answer. Sent an email...more than 24 hours have past, and no reply. Just an FYI.
  14. Thank you for that information. If be interested in any other contacts people may have as well.
  15. Is this when viewing as a client, or as an admin? If you're talking about it as an admin, I would agree in your statement that the sorting seams to be a bit odd. You can of course click the "Invoice #" link, and it will sort by numerical value.
  16. The results for this for me, has been hit-and-miss, and I haven't figured out what the pattern is yet.
  17. Wouldn't adding the additional email address to the additional contact area work?
  18. I'd suspect they're still working on building it. If you check any of the links, you'll see that they aren't targeted at any specific files.
  19. Does anyone here have established relationships with agencies whom provide collection services for you? We're in search for one now, preferably with experience in Canada.
  20. This particular client, has a good sized invoice that is well past due, and has continually ignored all communications sent to them, despite the fact that they have logged into their account several time since the invoice became past due. In cases such as this, our TOS state that the entire account is suspended, which in this case includes their domains.
  21. Just thought I'd post an update to this. I never did get this sorted out. WHMCS couldn't find the problem, and neither could my registrar (Enom). I've registered a number of .ca's without problem with WHMCS thus far, but if I come across the problem again, I'll update this thread with any information I can gather.
  22. I never thought of that. Thanks Matt.
  23. That, would just disable access to their account all together. I'd like them to still have access to login, and pay their bill, but I'm not sure if there's a way to accomplish that.
  24. I've been looking for a way to do this, but haven't figured one out yet. Is there a way to suspend a clients access to manage their domain? For instance, I have a client who's past due, and they have modified their name servers since their hosting account was suspended. I'd like to change the settings back, but make it so they can't go into their account to change it back.
