Cannot View Credit Card Details

We needed to process a credit card manually through our terminal for some design fees.

 

When we went into WHMCS and clicked on "View Credit Card Details" it asked for the CC hash as usual and when I put it in I get the response "Invalid Access Attempt"

 

I am 100% sure I am inputting the correct CC hash and I even double checked the config to make sure I was entering the correct hash.

 

I copied/pasted, tried typing it out directly - and nothing seems to work.

 

This was not a terribly huge issue as we were able to obtain the CC information over the phone from our client, but this is something we would like to avoid/have fixed.

Is it the same hash that was used when the cc was entered? Also make sure you aren't using the quotation marks from the configuration file. We haven't had a problem to date.

Yes it's the same hash, and I made sure not to use the quotes, and I even tried it with the quotes just to make sure.

I already have, was just wondering if anybody else had this issue.

 

I only appear to have this issue after the upgrade from 3.5.1 to 3.6 as I have used this feature before.

I submitted a ticket but I *believe* that I may have used my old e-mail address instead of the one I registered WHMCS with on accident. I've opened a new ticket.
