You do have to make sure your account is subscribed to get that information. You can do that in Administration Admins or My Account (i think). EDIT: woo hoo, 2000 posts. I want a cookie. =)

tmhost
I have everything enabled, my customers get emails but for some reason i don't get ANY emails for new signup's , open/changed tickets or anything else. Im not sure if there is a port i should opend or a permission that would cause this.
MikeDVB
Go to your administrator's configuration and make sure that you are listed as an operator for those support departments. It is set up this way so that somebody in sales does not get a billing or support ticket email and somebody in support does not get a sales or billing ticket etc... You can set which departments each administrator gets notified for.
