If ONE client has several hosting accounts they receive one email (via mass mail) for EACH one. I have customers that have a lot of accounts. Don't want to fill up their email box with the same message over and over again. Would be very annoying. WHMCS CEO Matt Posted August 31, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted August 31, 2006 Hi michelle, You see the option at the top of the mass mail page - Email All Clients - that is what you need to click if you want to email all clients only once. By selecting a selection of servers and packages, an email will be sent for each package the user has because for the custom merge fields to work there will need to be an email for each item.
